Days One to Three - Ubud
Set in Bali's uplands, srrounded by rainforest and terraced rice paddies, and home to a myriad of Hindu temples and shrines, Ubud boasts a perfect balance of stunning landscapes and traditional culture. You'll arrive here today, and be met upon arrival by your included arrival transfer. Most of the day is free, until your welcome meeting this evening, where you'll meet your Chief Experience Officer (CEO) and fellow travellers to officially start your Bali Wellness experience. Rise early on day two for an early morning yoga class before a healthy breakfast. Today you'll explore Bali's spiritual side in depth, with visits to Hindu temples, including Tirta Empul where you'll purify yourself with a holy bath, and Gunung Kawi, where you'll enjoy a guided stroll around small rice field paths surrounding the complex. Lunch on day two is at the G Adventures-supported Bali Community Training Lunch Program, which helps support local adults living with disabilities gain independence and confidence by training them to prep, cook, and serve food at the lunch program. Later, there's the option to wind down with a yoga and meditation session. There's another early start on day three for an early morning yoga class before breakfast, after which you'll join a local chef to visit an organic farm to learn more about the ingredients used in Balinese cuisine. You'll then have the chance to engage in the ritual of preparing a typical Balinese meal, learning various traditional techniques and getting to know the equipment in a traditional Balinese kitchen. Enjoy an afternoon at leisure, perhaps opting to indulge in more yoga and meditation.

Days Four and Five - Pemuteran
Leaving Ubud today, you'll first make a stop at Tabana, where you'll experience a healing ceremony during a visit to a traditional Balinese compoud, learning about typical Balinese life - including how to write in the Balinese alphabet - and enjoying a family-style regional lunch. Afterwards, you'll continue to Pemuteran, where you'll have an afternoon at leisure and a two night stay. Set in Bali's northwest corner, Pemuteran is a laid-back fishing village, blessed with natural beauty, and close to Lovina and West Bali National Park, which has helped the town gain popularity in recent years. Its small dogbone-shaped bay is incredibly calm, thanks to its location within an extinct volcano crater protected by flourishing coral reefs, and boasting plenty of undersea wonders, with a real focus on marine conservation in the area; Pemuteran is in fact home to the world's largest artificial Biorock reef project. On day five, you'll fuel up with a healthy breakfast before driving to the pier for a short boat ride to Menjangan Island for a day exploring a magnificent underwater world by snorkelling. Later, you'll return for a bit of rest and relaxation, followed b a special Balinese Healing Yoga Session.

Days Six to Nine - Sanur
Today you'll make your way to Sanur, heading southeast to the seaside town. En route, you'll make a stop at Munduk, arguably the most beautiful waterfall in Bali, before visiting the iconic Ulundanu Temple, perhaps one of the most recognisable Hindu temples on the island, and set in the Candi Kuning highland countryside. Your journey then continues to Jatiluwih where you will embark on a cycling trip through rice fields, before finishing the day in Sanur, where you'll relax with a refreshing drink by the ocean. You'll start the day on day seven with a morning yoga session with ocean views, with the rest of the day at leisure. In the afternoon, there's some optional activities to choose from, including an in-depth Balinese dance class, or the opportunity to learn massage by taking an informative class. Day eight begins with breakfast, followed by a visit to a local family's backyard to enjoy the unique experience of doing anti-gravity yoga, before spending the rest of the day at leisure to explore this beach town. On day nine, you're free to depart at any time as your tour concludes.
