Snapshot Itinerary:

Days One and Two - Rome

Arrive at any time today, and kickstart your wellness trip with a healthy welcome drink with your Chief Experience Officer (CEO) and fellow travellers on the rooftop overlooking the Vatican. Day two begins with a morning yoga session on the grounds of the historic Villa Borghese, a famous landscape garden in the naturalistic English manner, and the third largest public park in the city. The rest of the day is free for you to spend as you please, giving you plenty of time to visit some of Rome's most iconic sites, including the Roman Forum, Spanish Steps of Trevi Fountain, or opting to relax with a Roman bath/Hammam experience.

Included meals: One Breakfast (on day two)

Days Three and Four - Chianciano Terme

This morning's yoga session will be at Palatine Hill, one of the most ancient parts of the city, and the most central of the Seven Hills of Rome. Standing 40m above the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill overlooks both the Roman Forum on one side, and upon the Circus Maximus on the other, and has been the site of Imperial palaces since the time of Augustus. After you've recharged with your yoga, you'll hop aboard the train to one of the most famous thermal bath cities in Europe, Chianciano Terme, where you'll take part in a traditional Tuscan farm-to-table cooking class (enjoying dinner from your hands-on creations) and enjoy a two-night stay. On day four, you'll cycle to Bagno Vignoni, a beautiful spa town whose thermal waters have been used since Roman times. You'll have time to explore the town, soaking in the thermal pools, before enjoying a local wine tasting in the evening - if you wish, you can opt to join in an evening meditation session, too.

Included meals: Two breakfasts, one lunch (on day four), and one dinner (day five)

Day Five - Florence and Lucca

Today you'll travel to the heart of Tuscany, the famous Renaissance city of Florence, renowned for its many Renaissance art and architectural masterpieces. Your CEO will take you on an orientation walk, before having time to explore more at your own pace - including the famous Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, or Fiesole hilltop. Afterwards, you'll continue to the charming Tuscan city of Lucca, the town renowned as the birthplace of the opera composer Casa di Puccini, but also boasting a fabulously well-preserved Renaissance centre.

Included meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day Six - Lucca

Start the day with a guided meditation session, followed by a walking tour of Lucca to showcase its rich history and landmarks, including Lucca's Roman heritage. In the afternoon, you'll recharge with a poolside yoga session before enjoying another Tuscan dinner with your fellow travellers.

Day Seven - Florence

Before your tour concludes, you'll enjoy a mindfulness meditation session in Lucca, before saying farewell to the city as you make your way back to Florence via train, where your tour will end upon arrival, and you'll continue with your onwards travel.
