G Adventures

G Adventures specialise in small-group adventure holidays across the world, whether that adventure takes the form of being active (hiking, cycling, trekking, kayaking or what have you), immersing yourself in a different culture, or enjoying wildlife and environment encounters - which ever the adventure, they ensure that it gives back to the local community, using local guides, local food, local accommodation. This is a win-win for everyone, with the traveller getting to experience the real nuts and bolts of the destination and enjoying unique insights which they simply would not have the opportunity to experience otherwise, while the local community benefits economically, and thanks to G Adventures' Not-for-Profit organisation, Planeterra, which helps local communities with a number of projects.

G Adventures offer a number of travel styles: YOLO, faster-paced adventures for those aged 18-39; Classic, on which they built up their reputation; Local Living, where you can live with local and tribal communities; Active, which includes hiking, cycling, trekking and more; Marine, which includes sailing holidays, their new river cruises, and their Polar and Galapagos expeditions; Rail; Family; and National Geographic Journeys, a recent partnership with National Geographic, offering upgraded accommodation, more inclusions, and benefiting from National Geographic's expertise and knowledge.

G Adventures also offer no single supplement on their holidays (based on sharing accommodation with a member of the same sex, although there is a supplement for your own room).
